Q: "Can you provide just one service instead of providing all of your services as a package?" (e.g., Just exterior window cleaning service without gutter cleaning and power-washing services combined.)

A: Of course we can! At EcoClean, we're more than happy to provide any individual service that we offer! If you only want the exterior of your windows cleaned without purchasing a pre-bundled solution, not a problem! We'll be happy to come give a free quote and conduct a thorough site inspection to provide you with accurate pricing, regardless of the service you may be looking for.

Q: "What kind of exterior building materials can be safely cleaned?" (e.g., Exterior power-washing service)

A: Well, that depends... This is why we require a free quote where we conduct a thorough inspection before officially booking any type of cleaning service that we provide. Here at EcoClean, we understand that some exterior building materials CANNOT be cleaned using some of our power-washing methods. For example: Stucco, sun-beaten/weathered vinyl siding, rotting or weathered wood, any paint-chipped surfaces, so on and so forth. After a thorough inspection and free quote, we'll be able to determine if our power-washing cleaning services are the best option for the surface or material in question, as well as provide accurate pricing. 

Q: "Do you guys provide your power-washing services for interlocking driveways or patios?"

A: Yes, we do... But it is important for all of our customers to understand that power-washing any type of patio stone/slab surfaces or interlocking driveways/walkways can wash away the polymeric sand that holds your interlocking surface together. These types of power-washing jobs require an extra step. That extra step requires the replacement of the washed away polymeric sand after the surface has been power-washed for proper procedural maintanance. Our pricing of any jobs that require extra time, material and professional attention are reflective of these extra steps and costs. 

Q: "Do you guys provide concrete sealing or driveway sealing services?"

A: No. At EcoClean, we like to stick to what we are professionals at doing! We will gladly go above and beyond for certain requests, but any type of concrete, interlock, or driveway sealing is NOT a service that we provide. 

Q: "If I remove my windows, can you clean the inside AND outside of each window?"

A: No. Sorry! But EcoClean specliazes in exterior cleaning services. That includes windows and doors. We do NOT enter any homes or businesses that we provide our exterior cleaning services to. This is why we kindly ask ALL of our clients who book our exterior window cleaning to remove their window screens BEFORE we arrive to do the job. We do not enter homes or businesses, remove window screens to clean windows, or clean windows through screens that have not been removed before our arrival.
